My node won't provision
Check your subscription status in the dashboard. If payment is current, try re-provisioning. If the issue persists, contact us.
I need to cancel
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard. Your node stays active until the end of your billing period.
Payment failed
Payment failure results in immediate node destruction per our billing policy. Create a new subscription to resume service.
I forgot my DIY recovery passphrase
